Process Builder is one of the brilliant declarative tools within Salesforce CRM. It allows us to perform various actions on records as they are created or updated. One unfortunate downfall that it currently has is that it can’t handle records as they are deleted or undeleted.
One thing we wanted to be able to do was to create complex actions using Flows and have them fire when a record is deleted. As we’ve mentioned previously, Process Builder is not able to handle these deletions so we do require a very small amount of code to begin with

Pardot has just released a feature we've been waiting on for quite some time: Customizable Business Hours.
Previously, "Business Hours" were hardcoded to 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. So you could choose to send your Engagement Program within this timeframe... or not.

We were recently working with a client who was setting up an Automation Rule in Pardot based on the Opportunity's Name value. As we all know, Prospects' related Opportunities are pushed from Salesforce to Pardot in a read-only format, but they get pushed into Pardot all the same and Rule Criteria can be set up according to values on these records.
