ABOUT THE BUSINESS

Liquid is an award-winning digital agency based in Melbourne CBD and is a Registered Salesforce Partner. We work with some of Australia's most proactive companies on exciting projects: CRM implementation and support, Salesforce-integrated websites, web apps & portals, and marketing automation with Pardot and Marketing Cloud. We also have a number of international clients.

As well as our client work, we focus on developing our own in-house solutions: an end-to-end property sales & marketing solution built on Salesforce (PropertyProsper.com), and an industry-leading Salesforce-integrated property portal built on Heroku (Portal.co).

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Technology Platforms Lead you will be joining the Technology team to deliver value for our Salesforce clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering value to our clients via robust implementations of Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Implementing new enhancements and customisation requests including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, email alerts and templates.
  • Working alongside our Salesforce Developers to architect the best solutions to our clients' problems.
  • Working with our Web and Marketing team to expand our offering in both Pardot and Heroku.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies and application configuration.
  • Assisting with the on-going development of PropertyProsper.com

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working as a Salesforce Consultant in a commercial organisation - at least 2 years.
  • Extensive experience in the use of Salesforce CRM system, workflows processes, profiles and permissions.
  • Experience providing customer support and guidance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Current Salesforce Certification.
  • Pardot and/or Heroku knowledge a bonus.
