Liquid is an award-winning digital agency based in Melbourne CBD and is a Registered Salesforce Partner. We work with some of Australia's most proactive companies on exciting projects: CRM implementation and support, Salesforce-integration website, web apps & portals, and marketing automation with Pardot and Marketing Cloud. We also have a number of international clients.

As well as our client work, we focus on developing our own in-house solutions: an end-to-end property sales & marketing solution built on Salesforce (, and an industry-leading Salesforce-integrated property portal built on Heroku (


Reporting to the Technology Platforms Lead you will be joining the Technology team to deliver value for our Salesforce clients.


  • Ongoing system administration including managing and maintaining users, profile, security settings, permission set and workflow rules.
  • Delivering value to our clients via robust implementations of Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Design and create customised reports and dashboards.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies and application configuration.
  • Implementing new enhancements and customisation requests including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, email alerts and templates.
  • Assisting with the on-going development of


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator in a commercial organisation - at least 2 year
  • Extensive experience in the use of Salesforce CRM system, workflows processes, profiles and permissions.
  • Experience providing customer support and guidance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Current Salesforce Administrator Certification.
